Manuel A Bravo

While a civil servant in Mexico, Manuel Alvarez Bravo took Tina Modotti to the station as she went into exile after her lover was shot as they emerged arm in arm from a cinema, a brave and foolhardy action, but he later became the great Mexican photographer, this was taken in Richmond Park but he enjoyed a glass of neat gin in a riverside pub later much more, more the bustle of human life than the deer. Tina Modotti went to Moscow, then on to fight in the Spanish Civil War, took exquisite photographs from her inspiration from Edward Weston, and was assassinated on 6th of January 1942, in Mexico City.
